1Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the clubph platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the clubph platform and close any account you may have registered.

3Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use clubph. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations for all licensed online gaming platforms operating in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm under penalty of account termination that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility
The clubph platform is operated under Philippine law and is intended primarily for users located in or accessing from the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of access. clubph accepts no liability for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3.3 Registration Requirements
To register a clubph account, you must:

- Provide a valid, active email address and Philippine mobile number;
- Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age;

3.4 One Account Policy
Each individual may maintain only one (1) clubph account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. clubph reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual and forfeit all balances where multiple accounts are identified.
3.5 Account Accuracy
You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your registered information. Any changes to your personal details, contact information, or payment methods must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting clubph support.
4Account Responsibilities
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clubph account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your clubph account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify clubph support immediately.
4.3 Account sharing — permitting another individual to access or operate your clubph account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4.4 You must not use automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the clubph platform in any manner. All activity on the platform must represent genuine, real-time human interaction.
4.5 You are responsible for all financial transactions conducted through your account, including deposits and withdrawals. Disputed transactions must be reported to clubph support within thirty (30) days of occurrence.
5Deposits & Payments
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
clubph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash deposits. Payment methods are subject to change; current available options are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
5.2 Deposit Currency
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Processing
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your clubph account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times. clubph does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.4 Funds Origin
By depositing funds into your clubph account, you represent and warrant that the funds are from legitimate sources and that you are the legal owner of the payment method used. Deposits using payment methods registered to third parties are prohibited.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering
clubph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds and to delay or refuse transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your documented financial profile.
6Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed full KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit but will not be permitted to withdraw until verification is complete.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order received. Standard processing time is within one (1) to three (3) business days following approval. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day where operationally possible.
6.3 Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. clubph reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, in accordance with AML compliance requirements.
6.4 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements. Specific bonus terms are published at the time each promotion is offered.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in the Cashier section of your account. clubph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.
7Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 clubph may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time the promotion is offered.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, hedging, arbitrage, or other mechanisms designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. clubph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
7.4 Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. clubph reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions based on account history, verification status, or playing patterns.
7.5 Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonuses not used within the stated period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
7.6 clubph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8Gameplay Rules
8.1 All games offered on the clubph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for non-live game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
8.2 Live casino games are operated by professional dealers in real-time using physical gaming equipment. The dealing and game procedure is subject to the rules of each specific game as displayed within the game interface.
8.3 In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or connectivity failure during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. clubph's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 Game results displayed on your device are derived from the clubph server records. In the event of a discrepancy between your device display and the server record, the server record shall be definitive.

8.6 Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
9Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the clubph platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting or facilitating underage access to the platform;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability for financial gain;

10Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the clubph platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is owned by or licensed to clubph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the clubph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the clubph platform without prior written consent from clubph.
10.4 Use of the clubph name, logo, or brand in any manner not expressly authorized by clubph is prohibited.
11Privacy & Data Protection

13Account Suspension & Termination
13.1 clubph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age;
- Discovery that a player has registered multiple accounts;
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors;
- Compliance with a regulatory directive or court order;
- Indicators of problem gambling where restriction is warranted in the player's interest.
13.2 Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, clubph reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In all other circumstances, verified account balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method after applicable deductions.
13.3 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting clubph support. A request for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within one business day of verification.
14Limitation of Liability
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, clubph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 clubph shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data; loss of profits; or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
14.3 clubph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service outages may affect platform availability. clubph is not liable for any losses attributable to such interruptions.
14.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves an element of financial risk. clubph is not responsible for gambling losses resulting from your decisions to wager real money on the platform.
15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the operation of the clubph platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's formal complaint process, prior to pursuing any other remedy.
15.4 Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16Amendments
16.1 clubph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
16.2 Where changes are material, clubph will endeavour to provide advance notice via a platform notification or by email to your registered address. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notice.
16.3 The version of these Terms currently published at clubph.win/terms-conditions is the governing version. Previous versions are superseded upon publication of any revision.
16.4 Your continued use of the clubph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
